Vincent Timber Returns Procedure

All goods supplied are manufactured and/or supplied to match the specifications shown on the website. If

however the goods are considered faulty within THREE days after the delivery date, such to the rare extent that a

full replacement is required, we shall arrange to collect the goods and supply a merchantable replacement or

offer a full refund after collection if appropriate.

If any goods found to be damaged on arrival then the company must be notified on the same day with

accompanying photographic evidence. Details must also be recorded on hauliers or couriers paperwork or

electronic system

If the goods are considered to have been damaged after delivery and while upon the customers property a return

or repair or refund of the goods shall not be accepted by Vincent Timber Ltd.

We will accept the return of goods from you only:

· by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing);

· for standard machined products on payment of a 10% of order value handling charge and £108 inclusive of vat returns delivery charge (unless the goods were defective when delivered), in the case of bespoke machined products payment will still be required in full, and

· where the goods are fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery

Order Cancellation Fee

In the event that you wish to cancel your order we reserve the right to charge in respect of standard machnied products an administration fee of 10% of the order value if the cancellation falls within 5 days of delivery or 3 days in the case of deliveries within 50 miles of our yard / offices. In the case of bespoke machined products, if processed, payment will still be required in full.
